Individual therapy Sessions in

Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee

Initial Session | $200
The first session is a chance for us to connect and get a clear sense of what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your experiences, what matters most to you, and your goals. This also allows for the opportunity to ask any questions and talk about a plan for moving forward.

50-Minute Therapy Session | $150
Ongoing sessions are tailored to you—your needs, your experiences, and your goals. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to explore what’s going on, clarify what matters most, and build tools for healing and growth.

All sessions are held virtually, and I currently work with clients in Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee. I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, Anthem BCBS of Kentucky, and Anthem BCBS of Missouri.

If your insurance is not listed, I can provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement.

Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety can feel like nonstop overthinking, racing thoughts at night, self-criticism, or the pressure to always do more and be better. You might feel stuck in worry, perfectionism, or fear of letting others down.

In anxiety therapy, we work to slow things down. Together, we’ll explore what’s fueling your anxiety, learn ways to relate differently to your thoughts, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and in control—without trying to “get rid of” parts of yourself.

Therapy for Trauma

Trauma can show up in many ways—feeling on edge, shutting down, people-pleasing, intrusive thoughts, or a constant sense that something isn’t quite right. You don’t have to remember every detail of what happened for it to be affecting you now.

In trauma therapy, we move at your pace. We focus on helping your nervous system feel more regulated, building a sense of safety, and gently understanding how past experiences may still be shaping your present. Therapy isn’t about pushing or reliving—it’s about creating enough stability to heal.

Perinatal Mental Health

Fertility challenges, pregnancy, and the postpartum period can bring up intense emotions—grief, fear, guilt, anger, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your body. These experiences are often isolating, especially when others expect this time to feel joyful.

I offer therapy that acknowledges the complexity of this season. Whether you’re navigating infertility, pregnancy anxiety, birth trauma, or postpartum emotional changes, therapy can be a space where everything you’re feeling is allowed and supported.

Perfectionism

Perfectionism can feel like constantly chasing an impossible standard—striving to do everything “just right” while being highly critical of yourself and often feeling not good enough. Over time, this self-criticism can leave you exhausted, anxious, or afraid to make mistakes. Learning to let go of rigid expectations and embrace “good enough” can create space for more peace, growth, and self-compassion.
