Individual Therapy Sessions

50 Minute Therapy Service | $150

I offer individual therapy tailored to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can explore what’s going on in your life, set meaningful goals, and build strategies for healing and growth. My services are provided virtually to clients in Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee.

Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety can feel like a constant weight, whether it’s a vague sense of dread or specific worries that feel impossible to shake. In therapy, we’ll explore the root causes of your anxiety and build tools to manage it in healthy ways. Together, we’ll focus on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, challenging them, and developing skills to face life with more confidence and calm.

Therapy for Trauma

If you’ve experienced trauma, it can feel like the past is still impacting your present. Therapy is a safe place to process those experiences, work through the emotional effects, and find healing. We’ll work together to develop coping skills, build resilience, and help you reconnect with your sense of self and safety.

Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood are life-changing experiences, but they can also be overwhelming. It’s normal to feel a mix of joy and anxiety, yet when stress, sadness, or guilt start to feel unmanageable, it’s time to get support. Whether you’re adjusting to pregnancy, dealing with postpartum anxiety or depression, or processing birth trauma, therapy can help you navigate this transition with more peace and self-compassion.

People-Pleasing & Setting Boundaries

If you often put others' needs ahead of your own, feel guilty for saying no, or worry about keeping the peace, therapy can help you start setting healthy boundaries. We’ll work through strategies to stop people-pleasing and create a sense of balance and self-respect. You deserve to prioritize yourself without feeling selfish.

Accessibility: Virtual therapy allows us to connect regardless of location, aiding those in rural areas or with mobility challenges.

Comfort and Safety: People often feel more at ease discussing issues in familiar environments, leading to productive conversations.

Reduced Stigma: Therapy at home can lessen the stigma around seeking help, encouraging more individuals to pursue support.
